With Dental Manager, any member of your team can quickly log repairs, whether it’s worn-down chairs, malfunctioning suction tubes, broken door handles, or even IT issues like faulty computers.

Repair Request Section

The Repair Request form is simple and intuitive, featuring five key fields for employees to fill out:

  • What’s broken? X-ray machine
  • Urgency level (Urgent, Medium, Low, or No Priority)
  • Where? Surgery 1 (which room)
  • Staff initials (RB – who is reporting)
  • Email contact (to be kept up to date with the status of the request)

This ensures that repairs are clearly categorised and prioritised, helping you decide what needs attention first.

Current Requests overview 

The system’s Current Requests section lists all submitted repair requests, with each one colour-coded by priority:

  • Red for urgent issues
  • Yellow for medium priority
  • Grey for low-priority
  • White for no priority
  • Green is completed

Each request is timestamped with the date and time of submission, and you can track its status in real-time, keeping your practice running smoothly and efficiently.
